PETRA SIEGERS
Ms Petra Siegers is a fully qualified German lawyer with a license to practice law with the Law Chamber in Karlsruhe (Anwaltskammer Karlsruhe).
In her early professional years, she worked as a consultant in development cooperation in the field of environmental policy and water resources management. She is a member of the legal group of FIAN Germany (FoodFirst Informations- und Aktions-Netzwerk).
Ms Siegers spent her early childhood in the United States. Most of her formal schooling was bilingual (English-Portuguese) in Brazil and she pursued higher education in the United States, Germany, Scotland and England. She is happy to provide legal advice in the languages German, English, French and Portuguese.
Ms Siegers is a Lay Preacher of the United Methodist Church and was involved in refugee work in Wiesloch for many years. Since 2019, she has been taking part in ongoing training in the field of immigration law. She is a member of the Immigration Work Group of the German Society of Lawyers (Deutscher Anwaltverein).
